WELLBEING MONTH AT SOCAR

A “Health Month” initiative was successfully carried out at SOCAR’s Head Office, fully dedicated to enhancing employee wellbeing.


Throughout the month, a diverse program was implemented, addressing both mental and physical health:


  • Healthy Mind: Practical workshops on stress management, mindfulness, and meditation aimed at strengthening emotional resilience and improving productivity.


  • Healthy Body: Physical exercise sessions and holistic practices designed to boost vitality and enhance daily routines.


  • Healthy Nutrition: A consultation with a certified nutrition specialist covering informed eating habits, the “Harvard Plate” model, and strategies for maintaining balance within a busy lifestyle.


  • Self-Defense Training: Training sessions based on the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga, tailored for the office environment.


  • Preventive Health Screening: On-site consultations with an otorhinolaryngologist and ophthalmologist.


  • Charity Initiative: A blood donation drive in collaboration with a blood bank to support children undergoing treatment for leukemia.
