TEAMBUILDING 2025 – UNITY, ENERGY, AND COLLABORATION

Last week, SOCAR employees took part in a team-building retreat held in the Kakheti region. The event was attended by over 300 employees from various subsidiary companies. The primary goal of the gathering was to strengthen team spirit and improve internal communication.

Participants engaged in a variety of activities, including glimmeria, bowling, tennis, volleyball, swimming, golf, and more. In the evening, a festive dinner with live music created a cheerful and celebratory atmosphere.

At the end of the day, all employees gathered to watch the UEFA Champions League final together, adding even more unforgettable memories to the SOCAR team experience. The day was filled with positive emotions and a strong sense of unity.
