TEAMBUILDING 2026

In May, Lopota Spa Resort hosted around 400 SOCAR employees for a two-day teambuilding event. The event brought together employees from various structural units in one space and gave them the opportunity to connect with one another outside the work environment, relax, and share common emotions.

On the evening of the first day, alongside a festive dinner, employees watched the UEFA Champions League final match together. Later, the evening continued with live music, while the closing part took place in the jazz club, where the DJ’s musical program gave participants the opportunity to enjoy their time in an informal setting.

The teambuilding event left the company’s employees with many positive emotions, pleasant memories, and shared experiences. The event once again highlighted the relationships and team spirit that form the foundation of a united and strong team.
