SOCAR complex on a main highway at Urbnisi Village had turned into Bilbao - once of the host cities of Euro 2020. Re-designing is part of the Euro 2020 campaign by SOCAR.
The main inspiration for designers was Guggenheim museum and Louise Bourgeois's monument - The Spider.
